May 5, 2008 Digital Rapids Opens New Hong Kong OfficeHong Kong: Digital Rapids – a leading developer of solutions for bringing television, video and film content to the next generation of viewing devices – has opened a new sales and support office in Hong Kong to bolster the company's presence in China.
 The establishment of the new office follows the appointment of Augustine Cheung as Regional Sales Manager for Asia. Cheung brings with him over 14 years of experience selling broadcast and media distribution solutions for manufacturers including Sony Corporation, Leitch Technology, and most recently Dayang International. The Hong Kong office also features experienced technical support to address customers’ pre-sale system design and post-sale operational requirements.
