Tasks such as 'commercial black' removal, black border detection/correction and more are handled automatically by Transcode Manager, while transcoded outputs can be submitted to Tektronix Cerify or Interra Systems Baton quality control (QC) analysis tools for automated verification.

Automated job-level and server-level failure recovery ensure reliable, uninterrupted operations, while alert notifications let you leave the system unattended with confidence. Error conditions can also be monitored by any SNMP-compatible network management system. Transcode Manager FE tracks all events in either its embedded database (also available in Transcode Manager LE) or through support for a variety of third-party databases including Oracle 10g®, Microsoft® SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
