Maintenance and Support
All product purchases include one year of Software Maintenance and Standard Support.
Software Maintenance includes all "point" software upgrades and bug fixes (e.g. 3.3 to 3.4), not including new chargeable options.
Standard Support is telephone and email support during regular business days from 10am to 6pm based on the time zone of the regional Digital Rapids Support Office.
Maintenance and Standard Support must be renewed annually; please contact your Digital Rapids representative for pricing or more information. Premium service plans are also available for purchase.
