Support - Stream Live
System Requirements
Stream Live ships as a fully configured encoding system.
Please see the Stream Live User's Guide for more information about the number of streams that you can expect to encode in real time (and their resolution/bit rate).
License for Stream Live
You must register your product in order to obtain a Digital Rapids Stream Live license for your system. When you launch Stream Live if your Stream Live software has not yet been authorized to run (by applying a license key) you will see a warning window.
Stream Live 1.8 requires a license key for Stream Live 1.5 or higher. If your Maintenance period has not expired this new key is free. Please contact Digital Rapids Support for your new key.
Purchase of Stream Live includes one year of software maintenance.
Software Maintenance includes all "point" software upgrades and bug fixes (e.g. 1.5 to 1.8), not including new chargeable options, and Standard Support.
Standard Support is telephone and email support during regular business days from 10am to 6pm based on the time zone of the regional Digital Rapids Support Office.
